At BYV Vintage Boutique, every piece is carefully curated and inspected before being offered for sale. As our collection consists of vintage and pre-owned items, pieces may show natural signs of age that reflect their history and character.

Returns

Return requests must be made within 24 hours of the delivery date.To request a return, please email us at support@byvvintage.com within this timeframe. Items must be returned in thesame condition as received, unused, and in their original packaging. For orders within Lebanon, returned items can be delivered directly to the BYV Boutique by the client.

No Order Cancellation

Once an order has been placed,order cancellations are not accepted. Condition of Vintage Pieces Vintage items are not new and may show minor imperfections or signs of wear consistent with age. These characteristics are part of the uniqueness and authenticity of vintage pieces and are not considered defects.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to theoriginal payment method, excluding shipping costs.

Delivery within Lebanon

Adelivery fee of $4 applies to all orders deliveredwithin Lebanon, regardless of order value.International ShippingBYV Vintage Boutique ships internationally viaDHL Express.International shipping fees arecalculated separately and added to the order total.For international orders,return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
